Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting a Recruitment Advisor for our Public Sector client in the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Advisor:

  • Responsible for managing all social work digital and physical recruitment campaigns
  • Responsible for the onboarding process
  • Keeping candidates and managers informed at all stages of the process
  • Providing a high level of customer care at all times
  • To produce high quality, accurate and timely HR employment documentation
  • Verbal and written invite to interviews
  • Liaison with applicants and sending offers of employment
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and agencies on recruitment campaigns

Essential experience:

  • Experienced and skilled in-house Recruitment Advisor
  • The ability to provide a confidential high-quality recruitment advisory service
  • Previous experience of working within a fast paced, high volume resourcing environment ideally

Salary: £20,903 to £27,041 plus AMAZING benefits
