Recruitment Manager required to join a fast paced, inquisitive business based in Greater Manchester. You will partner with key stakeholders and leaders across assigned business units develop a resourcing strategy and in year recruitment plan.

You will own the Recruitment budget and lead a small team. You will have both operational and strategic recruitment experience gained within a Professional Services environment.

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager:

  • You will contribute to the development of talent attraction strategies for key talent groups
  • You will be involved in strategic projects to drive recruitment and to contribute to the success and growth of the business
  • You will build effective relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and be part of a passionate HR team.
  • You will build and maintain key relationships with social enterprises, colleges, and universities to source upcoming talent for our business
  • Oversight of the recruitment / headcount approval process and governance
  • Education and develop line managers to ensure competence to select against role requirement
  • You will lead on developing and deploying strategies to increase direct hiring outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for full vacancy management at middle to senior level recruitment across the life cycle of the vacancy with a direct sourcing focus, including advertising, agency management, shortlisting, interview support, and stakeholder management
  • Lead and assist with the implementation and compliance of recruitment policies and procedures
  • Drive lean processes and efficiency in the resourcing solutions
  • You will work creatively with the wider HR team to ensure the employer brand is externally and internally inspiring to candidates
  • You will own the management of social media; raise brand awareness through external PR channels, including social media and professional networking
  • You will manage the company pages on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed ensuring that they are up to date with relevant content.
  • Establish resourcing SLA's and contribution to monthly KPI reporting
  • Strong analytics of resourcing trends and opportunities to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to review talent and be aligned on candidate management, ensuring transparency and sharing of talent across the business
  • Ensure compliance including GDPR
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations teams and planning teams to schedule all on-boarding and transitions

Required skills and experience of the Recruitment Manager:

  • Proven recruitment experience gained either at Business Partner or Manager level; management experience is essential for this role
  • Experience working in a complex, fast paced organisation - ideally within the professional services sector
  • Experience of both operational and strategic recruitment experience is essential
  • Experience developing resourcing plans for volume recruitment (due to business acquisitions) and specialist, niche roles including Exec level
  • Commercially able to establish and review PSL's and service delivery through third parties
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Ability to quickly build solid relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity using multi-media channels for direct sourcing
  • Committed to promoting employer brand and the candidate journey
  • The role requires management of resourcing solutions in various locations, with travel as required
