Role: Recruitment Specialist - Internal

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid

Rate: £30k to £35k

Duration: Permanent

Sellick Partnership are currently looking to appoint a Permanent Recruitment Specialist for our Public Sector client in Birmingham.

Job Purpose:

  • Monitor the agency master vendor contract
  • Deliver professional customer focussed, front line advice and support to the organisation
  • Foster excellent professional working relationships within HR and across teams within the organisation, Managers, Employers and other stakeholders and Partners
  • Undertake organisation wide recruitment activities

Key Duties for the Recruitment Specialist:

  • Provide advice and guidance on all recruitment activity
  • Keeping an accurate live tracker of all agency vacancies
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress updates to key stakeholders
  • Monthly supplier contract meetings
  • Candidate generation
  • Supporting hiring managers with arranging interviews
  • Screening candidates
  • Staff inductions

Person specification for the Recruitment Specialist:

  • Recruitment experience
  • Effective and efficient working knowledge of recruitment/on boarding systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
