Regeneration Lawyer required to join a London based local authority for an initial 3 month period, with the view to extend thereafter.

The successful Regeneration Lawyer will be expected to carry a varied caseload that will be primarily dealing with;

  • Drafting and negotiating documents for leases and renewals
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Advising on developments
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Town redevelopment
  • Academy development agreements
  • Advising with the implementation of regeneration agendas

The ideal Regeneration Lawyer will have previous local authority experience and would be able to demonstrate a good track record of working collaboratively with internal clients, external agencies and partners.
