Regeneration Lawyer

Regeneration Lawyer required to join a London based local authority on a contract basis.



Our client is looking for is looking for a qualified solicitor to undertake a range of duties within a large, busy office in central London.



The successful Regeneration Lawyer will primarily deal with a mid to large scale regeneration projects on behalf of the Council. The work undertaken is going to be of a very high quality, making this a great opportunity to gain invaluable Regeneration experience.


This role will also involve handling the following matters;

  • Land disposals
  • Complex acquisitions
  • Leases and licenses
  • Complex title reports
  • Development agreements
  • Advising on and promoting CPOs

Essential skills for the successful candidate will include:

  • Excellent knowledge of local government and public law
  • Experience of corporate governance
  • Strong negotiation and client care skills
  • Experience of leading projects
