Sellick Partnership are seeking a Regulatory Lawyer to join a public body based in Cardiff on an initial 6 months fixed-term basis. This is a full-time position, however part time would also be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to turn their hand to something different. The main duties of this role will include:

  • Handing a caseload of:
    • Litigation cases
    • Judicial Review
    • Misconduct hearings
  • Providing advice on operational matters
  • Undertaking advocacy where necessary

Our client is open-minded as to the background of candidates and will consider applications from those who have experience in at least two of the following areas of law:

  • Criminal law
  • Police law
  • Coronial law
  • Public and administrative law
  • Human Rights law
