A Repairs Administrator is required to join a Sunderland based organisation. My client are seeking an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their team on a temporary, full time basis.

As the Repairs Administrator you will be liaising and providing administrative support to the construction teams on site.

Key responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator:

  • Liaising and providing administrative support to the construction teams on site
  • Working closely with construction teams to ensure the goods and services are carried out with the purchase ordering system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Creating and updating documents using relevant computer packages including Word and Excel
  • Dealing with enquiries over the phone and in person

Required skills and experience of the Repairs Administrator:

  • Must possess a Full UK Driving License
  • Previous experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using purchase order systems
