Sellick Partnership are working with a social housing provider in Derbyshire who are currently seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:
- Organising gas servicing and electrical testing programme
- Ensuring compliance
- Preparing access letters for tenants and liaising with the legal department
- Taking contract minutes
- Indexing and filing certificates
- General administration
