Housing Repairs Administrator

Mon - Fri
08:30am - 5pm (Partial Working from Home)
Temp Contract (ongoing)
Start: Immediately

Our team at Sellick Partnership are looking for an experienced Housing Repairs Administrator to start ASAP in the Leeds area on a temporary basis, full time.

You will be working alongside housing surveyors and housing repairs contact team providing administrative support to the team.

Housing Repairs Administrator

  • Understanding of current issues relating to public housing and social housing repairs.
  • Be able to support tenants with diagnosing repairs accurately.
  • Raising orders on IT systems to contractors and book appointments.
  • Processing service requests in line with the policy and to provide advice and information.

Housing Repairs Administrator

  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (Desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Use of Microsoft office and ability to learn new systems
  • Good communicator
  • Team Worker
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Able to maintain confidential and sensitive information
