Our client are looking for an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their team ASAP.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs via phone call
  • Obtaining and recording accurate call logs of full works requests
  • Liaising with tradesmen and tenants to arrange works to be completed
  • Utilising the electronic scheduling system and monitoring daily work volumes
  • Dealing with cancellations and emergency works
  • Organising restocks of the van

The successful Repairs Administrator will ideally have:

  • Good customer service experience
