We are recruiting on behalf of a client based in Kent for a Repairs and Maintenance Administrator to support their Asset Management function
Duties of the role include:
- Invoicing and raising repairs
- Administering time extensions
- Property alterations administration
- Arranging estate inspections
- Assisting the Asset Management team with administration
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position within either local government, councils, social housing or a construction environment.
