Repairs Manager

Repair Manager

Swadlincote

Rate - £25-£26 per hour

Duration - 2-3 months

Sellick Partnership are working with a local housing association based in South Derbyshire who are seeking an experienced Repairs Manager to join their team on a contracted basis.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Manager include:

  • Managing the repairs service measures against performance
  • Motivating and developing a team of in-house trades
  • Providing reports on repair budgets
  • Assisting in the development of new policies
  • Implementing data collection on repair
  • Exploring potential for income generation on repairs activities
  • Managing performance
