Our client, a local authority is looking for an experienced Repairs Planner to join their team on a full-time temporary basis in Staffordshire.
Duties of the Repairs Planner will include:
*Ensuring that all works are appointed correctly to the appropriate resource and all timescales are met
*Allocating works regarding to day to day repairs and maintenance
*Scheduling and prioritising works accordingly
*Monitoring work flow and resources available
*Dealing with enquiries from tenants reporting repairs and contractors
*Ensuring data is correctly applied to the system
*Managing KPI's effectively
The suitable candidate must have:
- Housing experience
- Experience within planning/scheduling works
