Repairs Planner



37.5 hours pw

Salary: £21,157 - £22,171 per annum

We are working on behalf of an organisation in Bournemouth who are looking for an Repairs Planner to assist their Repairs and Customer team

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for tenants reporting repairs via phone call
  • Obtaining and recording accurate call logs of full repair requests
  • Liaising with engineers and tenants to arrange works to be completed
  • Utilising the electronic scheduling system and monitoring daily work volumes
  • Co-ordinating the purchase of materials and/or hire of specialist equipment required, and ensuring that relevant records are kept
  • Tracking live and pending jobs through to completion, running periodic reports to ensure key performance indicators are met
  • Reporting and resolving complaints in an effective manner, and providing ideas for customer improvements

The successful repairs planner will ideally have:

  • GCSE English and Maths between A*-C or equivalent
  • Very empathetic approach/attitude as will be working with vulnerable clients on a daily basis
  • Good IT skills and experience on databases and creating reports
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
