Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced Asset Planning Lead

Responsibilities of the Administrator include:

  • Effectively manage a team of Asset Planning Specialists, co-ordinating the day-to-day administration activities amongst the team and provide planning and investment support to colleagues / managers as required
  • Collate and validate asset information from various data sources in support of the preparation of programmes of responsive, cyclical and planned investment and improvement works
  • Verify that the property lists within the asset systems are up to date and accurate
  • Ensure the team are effectively responding to and processing customer enquiries, complaints and claims from a range of different contacts (public / contractors / other departments)
  • Collate and produce ad-hoc performance management information including a variety of statistical information, identifying, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements
  • Support the Asset Planning Manager in the effective programming of estate-based investment and improvement work, taking into account customer needs and aspirations, co-ordinating and identifying other works e.g. relating to energy efficiency and locality plans.
  • Continually monitor the quality and quantity of the asset data and perform regular data reviews including GAP analysis and data cleansing to ensure that information is up-to-date, accurate and reported as required, including but not limited to Stock Condition, Energy Performance, HHSRS, investment completions, voids, MSD and adaptations works.
  • Profile/cross reference investment/improvement work planned spend in line with annual budgets

The Successful person will have:

  • Demonstrate a depth and breadth of understanding of budgets and expenditure
  • Knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance or investment and asset management activities desirable
