Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive client who deals with the maintenance and repairs of Social Housing properties. An exciting opportunity for a Repairs Administration Manager or Scheduling Manager, the opportunity involves leading the Repairs Scheduling and Reporting team to ensure the identification and implementation of good practices.

The Repairs Scheduling Manager will have a base in the East Midlands, however, due to Covid-19 adjustments candidates will be able to take advantage of some of the remote working options.

The main responsibilities of the Repairs Scheduling Manager are:

  • Leading a team of repairs schedulers, maintenance administrators and reporters
  • Ensuring that a high quality and cost-effective service is delivered to tenants
  • Providing proactive and effective management and administrative staff
  • Monitoring and controlling expenditure in accordance with designated budgets
  • Accurately planning in work
  • Managing KPIs
  • Using the Castleton MRI/ Impact Response system to monitor DLOs work
  • Ensuring contract documentation is maintained

As the Repairs Scheduling Manager you must have:

  • Knowledge surrounding the Housing sector AND/OR the maintenance sector
  • Knowledge of Housing and Maintenance Systems
  • Work Scheduling/Finance/Commercial experience is desirable
