I am working on behalf of a Public Sector client that is recruiting for a temporary- permanent Repairs Supervisor to join their team

Key responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor:

  • Developing and motivating a large team of trades operatives
  • Completing regular toolbox talks, appraisals and one to ones
  • Managing customer complaints surrounding repairs
  • Ensuring a swift turnaround of properties
  • Ensuring agreed targets and SLA's are met

Required skills and experience of the Repairs Supervisor:

  • A valid driving licence and own transport
  • Experience running and managing a successful team of trade operatives
  • Good IT skills of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook
