Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Repairs Team Leader for a social housing provider on the Nottingham, Lincolnshire border

Salary: up to £27,054 per annum

Responsibilities of the Repairs Team Leader include:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the activities of the Repairs Reporting Team and the Voids Team
  • Lead on specific service improvement projects
  • Ensure that void property repairs are correctly diagnosed at first point of contact
  • Effectively train Repairs Co-coordinators and Voids Team members
  • Ensure that work operatives appointment diaries are effectively managed
  • Keep tenants informed of proposed works
  • Ensure tenant survey questionnaires are sent out and responses recorded
  • Complete pre-termination and post-termination inspections for void works
  • Contribute to the monitoring of budget expenditure

The client is ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience of repairs and voids management. Management experience is desirable
