Sellick Partnership are working with a well-respected Higher Education Institution, based in the East Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Research Contracts Locum for an initial 3 - 4 month assignment.
The successful candidate will be required to take on a mixed caseload including matters such:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of research and research- related agreements including research collaboration, studentships, subcontracts, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
- Deal with contractual issues arising from multi-party agreements and subcontracts
- To provide oversight of regulations and procedures
- Negotiation with funders and collaborators
Previous experience with Research Contracts within the Public Sector is essential to be considered for this post. There is an expectation to be present in the office for the collection of equipment but the majority of the role will be working remotely.
The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, although applicants who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered.
