**Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer**

My client, a well-established firm with a solid reputation is now recruiting a Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Staines office. Ideally, they are looking for someone with 5 years PQE+.

The firms' Property Lawyers are committed to providing their clients with wide ranging specialist advice. The successful candidate should be familiar with the following matters:

  • Selling, buying and leasing residential & commercial properties
  • Residential property development
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Buy-to-let advice
  • Transfer of equity
  • Shared ownership
  • Commercial property secured lending arrangements
