Residential Conveyancer

A well-regarded high street firm of solicitors based in Greater Manchester; my client are a personable and friendly practice offering legal advice to families, individuals, and businesses.

This expanding team are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Conveyancer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Applicants should have at least four years fee earning experience, and must be comfortable running own caseload independently, subject to administrative and case management support.

The successful candidate's duties will include managing an agreed caseload of in the full remit of residential matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters as well as resolving complex and technical queries and continuing to work to promote the firm within the local area.
