Permanent - Residential Conveyancer - Thames Valley
My client, a well known Legal 500 practice, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year conveyancing experience to join their fantastic department. You do not need to be a qualified solicitor.
The role has come about due to continued growth in new matters. My client is looking for someone with a passion for client service, knowledge to run a busy caseload and the ability to work as part of a team.
They need someone who can assist with an expanding client base immediately but who also experience and the desire to build on that caseload by becoming involved in business development.
The role will involve dealing with the following property matters;
- Probate sales
- Deed of Variation
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
