Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded, North Yorkshire based private practice who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the business in a period of real growth. This firm have an excellent track record of investing in their people, paying city rates and have a great benefits package. If you are looking to progress your career and are looking for friendly, client focussed firm this role will suit you well.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive, however, unqualified candidates will be considered. You will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters as well as building and maintaining relationships with agents within the local area.
- 4 years' experience within Residential Property, candidates with a mix of Commercial and Residential property will also be considered
- Good marketing skills to help the development of the business
- Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
