Our client is seeking a Residential Property locum to join them for an ongoing contract to begin in March. The ideal Residential Property locum will be able to handle a full Residential Property caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Remortgages and Transfer of Equity
The Residential Property locum will be available to start with our client as soon as possible for an ongoing assignment in West Sussex. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Residential Solicitors or candidates with a strong Residential background.
