Sellick Partnership are working with a highly reputable North East based private practice who are currently looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join the firm on a permanent basis. The firm have experienced an extremely busy period, due to the stamp duty holiday, and have room for real growth as a result of that. The role will be helping assist other senior members of the team with the running of the department and has the potential to become a Head of Department role later down the line.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive, however, unqualified candidates will be considered. You will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters including, but not limited to; sales, purchases, shared ownership, help to buy, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Experience required

  • 6 years' experience within Residential Property, candidates with a mix of Commercial and Residential property will also be considered
  • Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
