We are working with an established and friendly high street practice in respect of a new role within their conveyancing department which can be based at any one of their multiple offices in Greater Liverpool.
Your New role
As a conveyancer you will be running your own caseload dealing with sales and purchase files as well as matters such as re-mortgages, shared ownership etc. You will also be supporting the head of department in driving the team forward.
The role would suit a conveyancer with at least one years' experience running their own caseload. Whilst supervision is available as needed, our client is looking for someone who can also operate independently. You will also be committed to providing a high level of client care. Our client is open to those qualified as a solicitor, through ILEX, licensed conveyancers or those qualified by experience.
