My client, a well known Legal 500 practice, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience to join their fantastic department.

The role has come about due to continued growth in new matters. My client is looking for someone with a passion for client service, knowledge to run a busy caseload and the ability to work as part of a team.

They need someone who can assist with an expanding client base immediately but who also has the experience and the desire to build on that caseload by becoming involved in business development.

The role will involve dealing with the following property matters;

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Freehold
  • Leasehold
  • Probate sales
  • Deed of Variation
  • Transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership

If you are looking for a friendly, down to earth firm, known for their great working culture and progression opportunities then this role will be well suited to you.
