A highly regarded and established firm based in Huddersfield is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their accredited property team on a long term locum basis.

Your New Role

The Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a range of Residential matters from inception to completion. The position is due to last at least 3 months, with a high probability of extending beyond.

About You

The role would suit a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive who;

• Holds a wealth of experience dealing with Conveyancing matters
• Is available immediately or at short notice
• Can work in a busy environment with minimal supervision

Rate

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £30-£40ph depending on experience.
