A highly regarded and established firm based in Thirsk is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their accredited property team covering holiday dates throughout the year beginning in August.

Your New Role

The Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a range of Residential matters from inception to completion. The position is covering holiday dates throughout the year, with the first commencing in August.

About You

The role would suit a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive who;

  • Holds a wealth of experience dealing with Conveyancing matters
  • Is available immediately or at short notice
  • Can work in a busy environment with minimal supervision

Rate

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £30-£40ph depending on experience.
