I'm currently working with one of the most successful law firms in the North with offices in both Leeds and Bradford. The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in their new and modern Bradford city centre office on a permanent basis.
You will be undertaking a mix of work that includes sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold flats, shared ownership, help to buy and new build. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a fee earning role within a busy residential conveyancing department, be able to undertake the process from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, and have experience of building relationships with property developers. A flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure will be required in order to manage and prioritise workloads in this faced paced environment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
