The firm has built a team of experienced solicitors who are experts in their field, who have the ability to convey their knowledge in a professional and clear manner. Our client are looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join them for a short term basis.
This Residential Conveyancer role will allow the successful candidate to run their own caseload, covering the full remit of Residential Conveyancing matters. The role will entail the successful candidate to take on a full and active Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters.
Applications for this Residential Conveyancing role will be considered from a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer, legal executive or those qualified by experience, ideally those who have a strong background and has dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be driven, enthusiastic and ambitious.
