Residential Conveyancer *Remote Working

Sellick Partnership are working with a well established and accredited firm in North Yorkshire that are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum. The position is to start ASAP, and is ongoing until they fill their current permanent position.

Due to the high demand in locum Conveyancers, this is a fantastic time for a Residential Conveyancer who is considering entering the locum market.

Your New Role

The successful candidate will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters including, but not limited to; sales, purchases, shared ownership, help to buy, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

About You

The successful Residential Conveyancer will

  • Hold a wealth of experience dealing with Residential Property matters
  • Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Be available immediately or at short notice
