Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a number of Residential Conveyancing Locum roles based throughout the North West. These assignments range from one week to 12 month contracts.
Responsibilities of a locum
Applicants must be comfortable in handling Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion including
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfer of equity
- New builds
- Shared ownership
- Buy to let
- Attractive hourly rates of up to £40 per hour depending on experience (equivalent of around £83,000 annual salary)
- Busy market so likely to secure full time work up until the new year
- Some firms are offering full time / part time remote working
