Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a number of Residential Conveyancing Locum roles based throughout the North West. These assignments range from one week to 12 month contracts.

Responsibilities of a locum

Applicants must be comfortable in handling Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion including

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • New builds
  • Shared ownership
  • Buy to let

Benefits

  • Attractive hourly rates of up to £40 per hour depending on experience (equivalent of around £83,000 annual salary)
  • Busy market so likely to secure full time work up until the new year
  • Some firms are offering full time / part time remote working
