Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Sheffield

Company: A well-established Sheffield law firm.

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a Residential Conveyancing department, and to work alongside one of the directors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and progressing purchase transactions under supervision.
• Preparing correspondence, forms, and documents under instructions.
• Managing own small caseload of sale files, with minimal supervision.
• Supporting the team in delivering exceptional client service.
• Facilitating the exchange of contracts.
• Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of two years experience in a similar conveyancing role.
• Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
• Exemplary client care and communication skills.
