A leading firm based in Southampton with a strong regional presence (and international network) has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Associate to join their top ranking Real Estate team.
The team primarily act for UK buyers and sellers as well as a few overseas clients. They are seeking a new member to take on a mixed caseload acting fir buyers and sellers in relation to the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property.
Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE within the field. You will be motivated to develop close client relationships, demonstrate excellent communication skills and show a willingness to engage in networking and business development initiatives to drive the further success of the team.
