Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a local authority based in London with the recruitment of a Property Regeneration Lawyer. They are looking for someone with strong property experience in regeneration projects across housing, commercial, mixed use schemes. The role will allow the opportunity to look after the more complex cases and any project work.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload including:
- Property aspects of regeneration schemes
- Right to Buy
- Commercial property transactions
Ideally the right person will have local government experience, particularly around governance and decision making but this is not essential. Experience could be from advising local authorities from the private sector.
The local authority are happy to accommodate the successful candidate a level of flexibility with working hours and working from home. The office is easy to reach, situated within walking distance from the town centre, making it easily accessible by public transport.
