Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Locum Property Legal Officer to join a well-respected Local Authority based in the East Midlands. The Council are in the process of repurchasing ex-Council properties and require your support!
The successful candidate will be required to assist with a variety of Conveyancing matters including:
- Obtaining and recording key information
- Assisting with title issues and residents queries
- Assisting Solicitors in progressing matters from instruction through to completion
This position is initially for 3 months, with the potential for extension which will be reviewed nearer the time. The ideal candidate will be available for full-time work, although applicants who are seeking part-time employment will also be considered.
You will be working remotely for the foreseeable but working patterns will be reviewed in accordance to government guidelines and an office presence may be necessary in the future.
