About The Role

The successful Residential Property Paralegal or Residential Property Legal Assistant will have knowledge and experience in various areas, including:

  • Buying freehold or leasehold properties
  • Selling freehold or leasehold properties
  • Buying from developers
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of ownership
  • Lease extensions
  • Buying auction properties

About You

The ideal Residential Property Paralegal or Residential Property Legal Assistant will:

  • Have prior experience of working as part of a Residential Property team
  • Be proactive and have exceptional client service high on their agenda
  • Be motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
