Residential Property Solicitor - South Bucks

My client is currently looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their South Bucks office.

They are well established within the market, have a lovely firm culture and have remained busy throughout the pandemic.

My client is keen to speak with Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 PQE ideally and who have strong experience with the following:

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of Equity
  • New Build
  • Shared Ownership
  • Lease extensions
  • First registration of unregistered property
  • Help To Buy loans ( buying, redeeming, transfer of equity)
  • Lifetime ISAs
  • Help to Buy ISAs

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will receive a competitive remuneration package dependant on experience. Flexibility with hours can be discussed. This is a permanent role but could be 4 or 5 days per week.
