My client is a highly accredited practice whose combination of quality legal advice, and their ability to tailor this advice to each of their client's needs, is what sets them apart from other firms. This renowned team are looking Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their Residential Property team on a 14 month fixed term basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting on sales and acquisitions
  • Lettings for landlord and tenant
  • Property management
  • Property finance

The firm is looking for someone who can demonstrate their passion for Residential Property with at least 2 years' experience of working within residential property transactions.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor can be based in either their Hampshire or Berkshire office, hybrid working is also available.
