*Leading Legal 500 national firm now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor/Associate to join their well respected team in the Thames Valley*

Full time/ Can choose to work in the office or at home/ Flexible working hours

Your New Role

The Residential Property Solicitor will be expected to run a varied caseload of matters with minimum supervision including sales and purchases, leasehold, residential secured lending work, re-mortgages. The role will suit a property lawyer who is able to run a caseload of matters from start to finish and who is used to working with case management systems. This department typically deals with high net worth properties within London and the Home Counties. This position will also involve some supervision of more junior team members.

About You

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will;

  • Be able to build strong relationships to develop the Residential Property department
  • Have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills
  • Will be able to work both independently and with other members of the Conveyancing team
