Retirement Living Manager

Location: East Kilbride

Sellick Partnership are working with an organisation, who are looking for an experienced Retirement Living Manager to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Retirement Living Manager will include:

  • To be accountable for the efficient and effective running of the service, to include housing management, care and support, facilities, administration and catering
  • Managing and achieving the budget on a weekly and monthly basis, meeting the financial targets by controlling expenditure, recruitment, and having effective communication
  • Developing, delivering and evaluating all aspects of the service provision ensuring key performance indicators aligned to financial performance, regulatory compliance, health & safety, quality standards, customer relations and people management are met
  • Effectively lead the departmental teams by providing clear direction and line management to promote good relations, effective communication and exceptional service delivery
  • To be accountable for the management and supervision of colleagues to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, direction, coaching, support and guidance
  • Managing, developing and evaluating all aspects of the service to ensure relevant legislation, policies and procedure and codes of practice are adhered to
  • Forming and maintaining open and constructive relationships with stakeholders to promote the village and enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Leading a culture which delivers and demonstrates our charitable mission and values
