This is an incredible opportunity for a Reward Manager or Senior Reward Consultant to join a global leader in their field to develop the reward strategy initially with a focus on the UK and then to roll out the strategy globally.
You will have full autonomy to review, develop and deliver the strategic reward plan with the assistance of a highly experienced HR Director and regional HR Business Partners to assist with the global rollout. The organisation are going from strength to strength even throughout the pandemic having established themselves in life sciences and technology.
- Review and map out existing reward structure and hone in on areas of continuous improvement
- Develop the strategic road map for the UK, to be rolled out globally in time
- Subject matter expert in all things reward
- Develop and implement training to all major stakeholders
- Deliver reports in line with regulatory and company requirements on areas such as but not limited to gender pay gap
- External vendor management
- Reward Manager, CIPD Level 7 qualified (Lower levels will be considered)
The Reward Manager position provides great opportunity to mould and develop the reward strategy and have full ownership over this piece with the full backing of the HR Director and Board. You will have access to senior stakeholders across the globe and be the subject matter expert in this area for all continents. If you only have UK experience, this is the chance to increase your knowledge and experience with a global remit.
