Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Roofers Labourer for a social housing organisation on an ongoing basis.

The Roofers Labourer will be assisting a roofer carrying out repairs on our properties daily.

Duties of the Roofers Labourer:

• Replacing and the re-grouting of wall and floor tiles
• Remove and re-apply silicone sealer and associated beading to any areas
• Apply anti fungicidal wash and anti-condensation paint
• Core drilling of walls, and the installation of ventilation plates and cavity air vents
• Removal of bath panelling and wall cladding
• Inspection of windows, including maintenance works
• Gutter and downspout repairs to include clearance of blocked gutters/gully's/aco drains
• The cleaning and inspection of existing electrical extraction fans
• General clearance of debris, removal of waste and cleansing of properties
• The installation of loft insulation to include relocation of customer belongings
• General labouring duties to include driving, deliveries, clearance and ground works
• Working at heights

Requirements of the Roofers Labourer:

• Experience in roofing and possess the necessary certifications and skills to carry out work safely and efficiently
• Full UK driver's license
