Sellick Partnership is exclusively recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established organisation in Stoke-on-Trent. This growing company is a family owned, independent business with a stable and friendly work force.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for to get in to a Business Development role and build a successful career in the world of sales and business. Whilst experience in this type of role is not essential, a positive and ambitious attitude is necessary.
The Sales Executive's main duties will consist of the following:
- Making outbound calls B2B
- Working with current clients, developing and maintaining relationships
- Developing new clients and new business
- Diarising call backs and manage pipeline effectively
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Helping with other office duties
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and hardworking
- Telesales or Sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach
This is a telephony based role so confidence in your communication is key. You will be part of a small team of which ambition, competition and positivity is essential. There is also huge progression opporunity for the right individual as the comapny has large growth plans. This role boasts the ability to earn uncapped commission and you will receive full training.
