Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Manager to join a high growth business based in North Manchester. The organisation are a huge success story and have a history of recruiting the best employees from across the local area. With bold expansion plans the organisation are seeking an individual with high energy levels, a desire to progress and the ability to hit the ground running.

The post holder will be responsible for the following duties:

  • To collate and reconcile payments received from companies and members via their payrolls, invoicing as appropriate
  • Manage the organisations largest accounts to ensure invoices, discounts and rebates are reconciled and up to date
  • Manipulate data within Excel to improve internal processes
  • Production of month end debt analysis
  • Analyse and identify anomalies across the aged debtors report and the relevant ledgers
  • Liaise with line managers and directors across the organisation and assist with queries
  • To raise invoices for companies paying for schemes by direct debit
  • Set up for collection the relevant direct debit payments
  • To set up for collection direct debit contributions from members, collating and reconciling payments received
  • To input relevant payments and contributions onto the Sales Ledger and allocate them accordingly
  • To maintain good customer relations with companies & intermediaries

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Proven experience within a similar position
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work with others and on own initiative
  • IT literate including good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Salary is dependant on the individual's experience, however the company benefits include:
