A full time, temporary position working for a social housing provider has become available in North Lincolnshire

Duties of the Scheduling Administrator include:

  • Aiding with the maintenance of their electrical testing programme
  • Raising electrical tests on their operating system
  • Ensuring all Landlord Electrical Condition Reports are scanned and attached to the system
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Inputting data
  • Answering calls from customers to schedule and re-schedule appointments
  • Liaising with operatives

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills.
