Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a School Appeals clerk to join a local authority in Yorkshire on a locum basis. The post is to start as soon as possible and for a period of at least 3-4 months.
The successful candidate for the school appeals clerk will ideally have previous experience of school appeals but candidates with strong organisation and administrative skills will also be considered. The School Appeals role involves:
- Providing administrative support
- Dealing with school appeals
- Liaising with the school appeals panel at school appeal hearings
- Attending and taking detailed notes of schools appeals hearings
- Producing and sending out decision letters
- Dealing with statutory policies
The local authority is looking for someone to start on a full time basis as soon as possible. The position will likely be on a remote basis for the foreseeable future.
