We are currently recruiting for a Scrutiny Officer to join a Local authority based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

As a Scrutiny Officer, you will be supporting the council's scrutiny committees in their roles of policy development. Your daily duties may include;

  • Providing research and advice
  • Analysing research and findings
  • Providing project management support

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines, while having strong research and analytical skills.
